NORSAAC Starts the Year 2019 with Grand Staff Review Meeting
As part of organizational culture, NORSAAC starts the year with staff reflection meeting. The reflection meeting is used to assess the performance of all units and programmes of the previous year and plan for the new year. The year 2019 reflection witnessed 100% attendance from staff. Welcoming staff, the Executive Director, Alhasssan Mohammed Awal re-iterated the need for staff to pulse and consciously reflect on the happenings of the previous year for improved organizational performance. He revealed that the year 2018 was very interesting and presented opportunities for the organization to enhance its resource base.
