Norsaac’s safeguarding Policy Statement
- NORSAAC believes that everyone we partner, collaborate or work with, regardless age, gender, disability, creed, educational level, economic status, political connectedness, sexual orientation or ethnic origin has the right to be protected from all forms of harm, abuse, discrimination, neglect and exploitation.
- NORSAAC has a zero tolerance for abuse and exploitation of staff, children, programme beneficiaries, adults at risk, partners or other associates.
- NORSAAC commits to do all the needful for preventing programmes and circumstances that have negative effects on our employees, beneficiaries and partners.
- NORSAAC takes all complaints and concerns about sexual exploitation, abuse and other forms of harm to our staff, partners and associates seriously, and shall respond by initiating rigorous investigations to ascertain whether there has been violation of this policy or otherwise.
